At TGL Training Academy has been created from the long–standing success of The Glam Lounge, our professional hair and beauty salon that has proudly served clients for over 10 years.

After a decade of working hands-on in the industry, building a loyal client base, and perfecting our standards, we decided it was time to share that real salon experience with the next generation of beauty professionals.

At TGL Training Academy, we specialise in delivering practical, industry-focused training in a friendly, professional and supportive environment. Our goal is simple: to help you gain the skills, confidence and knowledge you need to start – or grow – your career in the beauty industry.

Deirbhile – Salon Manager & Beauty Educator

Deirbhile is our highly skilled Salon Manager and a fully qualified beauty educator, bringing experience, leadership and exceptional knowledge to the academy. With expertise across all areas of beauty, she teaches with confidence, clarity and a strong focus on professional standards. Organised, supportive and deeply committed to student success, Deirbhile ensures the academy runs smoothly while delivering high-quality training that reflects real salon practice. She is an essential part of TGL Training Academy and a trusted mentor to every student who trains with us.
